SKAI Network Sdn Bhd (SKAI) was incorporated on 24th February 2011. SKAI Network (M) Sdn Bhd is a newly founded company which is a 100% Bumiputera owned and managed. It was founded on a vision to be a prominent MVNE that young technocrats can aspire to the best around the region.

SKAI Network Sdn Bhd business activity includes being an investment holding company participating in share allocation to Bumiputra companies, project management (PMC), planning and design services as well as construction in telecommunication copper fiber infrastructure fixed network, base station, towers for mobile network and ICT Solution Provider.

SKAI Network Sdn Bhd (SKAI) and Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad (MAHB) have jointly merge as Smart Partnership to develop a viability and requirement in implementing the MyKLIA Network as the single, comprehensive and secure network infrastructure and coverage in KLIA area.

Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd (MA(S)), a subsidiary company of MAHB has been granted the Network Service Provider (NSP) and Network Service Facilities (NSF) licenses since 5th December 2009 for a period of ten years. The current services that are provided by MA(S) have been limited to providing last mile services for third party broadband services. The licenses however allow MA(S) to provide and operate other services. Through MA(S), SKAI will be responsible in implementing this vision of a single network operator for MAHB.

We have been appointed as the telecommunications facilitator by MA(S) for all its airports and the surrounding area. All past, present and future telecommunication lines, services and new infrastructures will fall under the jurisdiction of SKAI. We will also be responsible in securing additional revenues for MA(S) such as new telecommunications services, uncollectible revenues from services given to telecommunication providers in the past, advertising through SMS and all services using the telecommunication lines in the KLIA boundary.
